We understand how tricky ring sizing can be, and that is why we offer one re-sizing at a fee of 20USD which will be immediately returned to you in the form of 20USD store credit off your next order. Please note however that rings with patterns all around cannot be re-sized. 

We also offer you a 7 day return and exchange policy, from when you receive your item. To return or exchange items they must be in their original condition - unworn and unused and with all tags attached and associated packaging in it's original condition. Please note that our 7 day return and exchange policy does not apply to sale items, made-to-order items, special items and custom jewelry.

 

Steps to Re-size your Ring

Step 1: If you have received a Lucy & Mui ring that doesn't fit, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at returns@lucyandmui.com. We will send you an invoice for a 20USD re-sizing fee and a return shipping fee to be determined (this return shipping fee is for us to ship the re-sized item back to you). The re-sizing fee of 20USD will be immediately returned to you via a store credit voucher for 20USD.

Step 2: Make payment for the re-sizing fee and return shipping fee and send the item back to us (drop us an email at returns@lucyandmui.com for details of the return address). 

Please note: Return shipping costs from you to us are not covered by Lucy & Mui. We recommend using a registered postal service and keeping a record of tracking details, as Lucy & Mui will not be responsible for any lost returns. Please return your item/s within 7 days of receiving your RA# number, or your return may not be accepted.

 

Steps to Re-size your Bracelet 

Step 1: If you have received a Lucy & Mui bracelet that doesn't fit, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at returns@lucyandmui.com. We will send you an invoice for a 30USD re-sizing fee and return shipping fee to be determined (this return shipping fee is for us to ship the re-sized item back to you). The re-sizing fee of 30USD will be immediately returned to you via a store credit voucher for 30USD.

Step 2: Make payment for the re-sizing fee and return shipping fee and send the item back to us (drop us an email at returns@lucyandmui.com for details of the return address).

Steps to make a Return/Exchange for In-Stock Items Only 

Step 1: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at returns@lucyandmui.com. In regards to an exchange we will check availability of stock or otherwise you may choose to return the item for a refund or store credit note.

Step 2: Once accepted, we will email you a Returns Authorization number (RA#). Without this number, your return may not be accepted.

Step 3: Send the returned item to us (drop us an email at returns@lucyandmui.com for details of the return address!).

Please return your item/s within 7 days of receiving your RA# number, or your return may not be accepted.

Step 4: Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to process from when the items arrive and for the credit to appear in your bank account. Lucy & Mui will refund the value of the item (via the original form of payment, minus the initial shipping charge). Even if the item was shipped to you free, original shipping and handling charges will be taken off your refund as these charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty. You will be notified via email once this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Lucy & Mui.

Once the item is inspected based on the above conditions – depending on your request we will either provide a re-sizing, refund or an exchange for your item. If you are returning for a re-sizing or a change of item, please note that any shipping costs to resend the new item will be borne by you.
